2011 HeartBeat Dome
The HeartBeat Dome uses an oximeter sensor to trigger a deep subwoofer heartbeat sound and flashing LED lights. Using biofeedback, the user can modulate their own heartbeat. Around 1000 people have interacted with this artpiece!

A future version of this piece will have up to 10 inputs using heartbeat sensors that clip onto the ear…although only one person can hear their heartbeat at a time, it will be fun to figure out whose heartbeat is playing!
